Our focus on sustainability

At the farm, we believe that the beauty of nature should be preserved for future
generations. Therefore, we have adopted a number of sustainable practices that make our
commitment concrete and daily.

Clean Energy

We have installed 11 kW photovoltaic panels, which allow us to produce renewable electricity to power our facility. In this way we reduce our environmental impact by harnessing the power of the sun to meet our daily needs. However, the energy we are unable to produce ourselves comes from sustainable sources, thanks to our commitment to a green future. In fact, we are certified with the Be ForGreen Be Sustainable label, which attests to the use of 100% renewable, traceable, and certified energy within the Agricultural Energy Community Energy Km 0. This certificate, along with the EKOenergy and Be ForGreen Be Sustainable marks, testifies to our ongoing commitment to sustainability and allows us to proudly communicate our green choice.

Sustainable hot water

For water heating, we use solar thermal panels, which harness solar energy to heat water in an environmentally friendly and efficient way. This allows us to reduce the consumption of nonrenewable energy and contribute to the sustainability of our local area.

Plastic Free: a small gesture for a big change

At the farm, we firmly believe that every small gesture counts. For this
we have chosen to be Plastic Free: we provide our guests with free natural and sparkling filtered water dispensers to eliminate the use of single-use plastic bottles and reduce pollution.

Respect for the earth

We do not use herbicides in the vineyards, preferring natural methods to care for and preserve the
soil. This approach allows us to keep the environment healthy and grow high-quality grapes,
without compromising the surrounding ecosystem.

A low-emission garden

Garden care is another example of our commitment to the environment. We use
exclusively battery-powered equipment, which reduces the use of fossil fuels and the emission of greenhouse gases, ensuring a lush and sustainable garden.

Let's promote recycling collection

We are also committed to waste management. To encourage separate waste collection, we provide special containers for our guests to separate materials and help reduce waste going to the landfill.

Electric car charger

We are increasingly aware of the importance of sustainable transportation. For this reason, we provide an electric car charger, offering our guests the opportunity to recharge their vehicle in comfort during their stay.
