☕ Breakfast and Dining

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included only for guests staying in the farmhouse rooms. For guests staying in the mobile homes, each kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and free coffee pods (Lavazza A Modo Mio model).

We do not have a restaurant on site, but just a 5- to 10-minute drive away, you’ll find numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and trattorias with private parking. In the summer, we regularly host tastings of our wines paired with local specialties.

Yes, upon request, we can provide gluten-free breakfast items.

🏠 Accommodations and Services

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, you’ll find sheets and towels already provided in your accommodation. Please remember to bring your own pool towels, as they are not provided.

Rooms are cleaned daily. As for the campsites, the private bathrooms are cleaned every 3 days. In the mobile homes and the apartment, towels are changed every 3 days.

Yes, the water is safe to drink throughout the property. In addition, we provide two free microfiltered water dispensers (still and sparkling): one at the farmhouse and one at the campground.

Yes, there is a microwave and a kettle in the farmhouse’s common room, which are available for all our guests to use.

The two studio apartments at the agritourism (Vite and Olivo), the mobile homes, and the large apartment all have kitchens. All kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, etc.

A washing machine (4 kg capacity) is available at the farm campground for our guests to use free of charge. Please bring your own detergent.

In the farmhouse rooms, you can receive a crib or bed rail free of charge upon request. In the mobile homes, however, we do not provide a crib, but we can set up a bed rail. If you have your own crib, you may bring it, but it can only be placed in the living area of the mobile home, as there is not enough space in the bedrooms.

🚗 Parking and Transportation

Where can I park my car?

We offer free, unguarded, and uncovered parking. If you’re staying in a mobile home, you’ll have a reserved parking space right next to your unit. The gate to the property is locked at night; upon check-in, you’ll be given the remote control for the automatic gate.

Yes, we have a Wallbox charging station (up to 22 kW) that can be controlled via the Wallbox app.

Yes, we offer a free, enclosed but unguarded garage where you can safely park your e-bikes overnight. Upon request, we will provide you with the keys to the garage.

🏊 Swimming Pool and Relaxation

Is the pool heated? What are the operating hours?

The pool is not heated and is open from April through October.

No, you don’t need to wear a swim cap to use the pool.

Do you allow dogs?

Dogs are welcome in the mobile homes and on the campsites. However, they are not allowed in the farmhouse rooms or in the apartment. There is a designated dog area near the farm campground’s pool where you can relax in the sun with your four-legged friend.

Can I buy oil and wine there?

Of course! We produce and sell directly bottled wine (red, still white, sparkling white, and sparkling rosé), bulk wine, and extra virgin olive oil from our own production.

♿ Accessibility

Is the facility accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, the agritourism property is entirely on the ground floor. The “Malva” room and its bathroom are equipped for guests with disabilities. At the agricampsite, the bathroom on the “Frassino” campsite is also fully accessible.

💳 Cancellation and Payment Policy

How can I confirm my reservation?

You are required to provide a Visa or MasterCard as a guarantee. No charges will be applied at the time of booking. Payment will be made directly at the property upon checkout.

Free cancellation: up to 15 days before the arrival date.

Late cancellation (more than 15 days in advance): 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

No-Show: 100% penalty.

📅 Minimum Stays and Availability

What is the minimum length of stay that can be booked?

The minimum number of nights required varies depending on the time of year and the type of accommodation. During peak season, longer stays are required, while during off-peak periods, it is possible to book even just a few nights. In addition, in some cases, one- or two-night slots may become available between two already confirmed reservations; these options may not always be visible online. If you cannot find a solution that meets your needs, please contact us directly: we’ll be happy to check for any alternative availability.
